For many of our events we offer both online viewing and proofs.

To order from the proofs, fill out the form, enclose payment and mail the order to ProEventPhoto at the address in the navigation bar to the left. Or, if you are in the neighborhood, drop the form off at our store - same address.

To view and order online, click on the big blue button above. If your event is not listed under recent events, you may need to search for it. We recommend entering one key word in the name field, and clicking find. Do not enter a date. In some cases, I have used abbreviations, such as CSC for Cleveland Skating Club, SHHS for Shaker Heights High School and SMS for Shaker Middle School.

Some events, such as early childhood school pictures, are password protected. This password is available on the proof forms and from the school. In some cases, you can also get the password by calling ProEventPhoto, although this option may be restricted by the school.

K-11 school pictures are generally password protected by the individual student. In order to see the images you will need to enter the student's last name and the password. Again, the password is available on the proof form.

Depending on the nature of the event, you may also see a dropdown box which has options such as "Member", "Adult" or "Group". Choose "Member" if you are looking for a class member, team member, etc. The "Adult" category is reserved for teachers, coaches and such.

"Group" generally will not lead you anywhere. If your event has viewable group pictures, they are available in a separate entry.

For the security of your children, we do not post group pictures of young children where the name of the child appears on the picture. We do provide copies of the pictures to the school, so you may see the group pictures there. Additionally, we can show you the images at our store.

We highly recommend that you make an appointment for a proof viewing if you would like to see the images at the store, so that a staff member is sure to be available to help you. After all, sometimes we are out taking more great pictures!

The items offered for each event reflect what we expect to be the most popular items. However, if you want something which is not listed, please give us a call or email us, and we may be able to do it for you.
